Lawrence Oyor is the father of chant music in Nigeria. A man driven by a passionate love for God and His power, Lawrence Oyor is an evangelical music minister who is laden with the ministry of bringing thousands and thousands of people into loving and serving God with passion, Like he says in one of his chant, “Jesus, we decree, let there be many that will fall in love with You”. His ministry is called the Davidic Minstrels.
To achieve this, he organizes Crusades in schools all over the country, catching young minds into loving and serving God. His fame is spreading through the country like wildfire as more people are falling head over heels in love with God through his ministry.
Born into a priestly family of four, Lawrence Oyor is a twin, whose twin brother is Godswill Oyor and the duo run the Davidic Minstrels together. He and his family are based in Ibadan, Nigeria.
